Have you had any prior staff experience: I have been a staff member on multiple SWRP servers in the past. These include Neptune RP (Admin), and a few others (T-Mod, Admin and Moderator), but I have since forgotten their names because the last time I played on them was at least 2016/2017. Why would you like to be on the staff team: I would like to become a member of the Staff team because the amount of Staff of this server is Limited. I would like to be able to decrease the amount of stress put on current members of the Staff team and to increase my own experience in moderating a server. What can you bring to the staff team: I have a little bit of past experience on moderating servers, while I may not be as experienced and skilled as other members (or any future members), I will still provide the current staff team with swift punishment to those who do wrong and I will try my best to act in any problems with players as responsible and respectful as possible.[/b] ----------------------------------------------- [b]Hypothetical Questions ----------------------------------------------[/b] Please answer the following questions, with how you would deal with the situation [b]1. A user is RDMing and Insulting other users. You are the only staff available to deal with the situation. I will warn them as soon as I found about it and if they continue, they will be kicked. 2. A group of users have confronted you and explain how another user was breaking some server rules earlier (RDMing and self supplying). The users threaten that they want immediate action otherwise they will leave the server. I will respond to them by bringing them to a place where nobody else is and ask for everybody's side of the story. I will then evaluate what has been said and take appropriate action (Warn/Kick).  3. A user has threatened to D-DOS the server, Immediately notify a High up member of Staff and Instantly Ban the user for a long period of time. 4. An Admin and a Commander are arguing in front of a debrief. It is getting quite heated. The context to the argument is unknown to you and it seems to be going south. Request that both of them move to a location where the debrief is not interrupted and wait until the debrief is done and ask questions to what the argument was about. 5. A recruit has not been trained and is wondering around because he doesn't know what to do. He seems like a Minge to you and you're not sure if he is really here to play.[/b] Politely ask them to get back to the training room. If they do not comply warn them, and if it still continues to happen, ban them for an hour.
